Competition Terms and Conditions

The 'InterCity Bay of Islands Music Festival Competition' (The Competition) commences at 8pm on Tuesday 15 December 2020 and continues until 12 midnight on Sunday 20 December 2020 (the Competition Period). InterCity reserves the right to alter the length of the Promotion Period. All times are NZST.

The Competition is open to any person aged 18 years or over who enters on the specified competition post on the InterCity NZ Facebook page. Entrada Travel Group employees, all employees of participating sponsors or promoters and/or advertising agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.

One prize winner will be chosen at random from among the entrants. The winner will be announced in the comments of the Facebook post and contacted via Facebook. If a winner does not reply to claim their prize within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

The prize consists of a return trip for two people on InterCity services from Auckland to Kerikeri, and a double pass to the Bay of Islands Music Festival on Friday 8 January 2021.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No accommodation is included. No correspondence about prizes will be entered into.

InterCity may vary these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that InterCity will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation in the Promotion.

You acknowledge that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and that Facebook has no liability to you in relation to the Promotion. You agree to fully release Facebook from any and all liability in relation to your participation in this Promotion.
