    Stephanie Neville said... I took a group of 9 people to the ice bar and purchased tickets through this site. My husband purchased 4 duplicate tickets at the front desk for our family at the same time. The issue was unable to rectified on the spot and after a lengthy dispute with management, they refused a refund for the 4 duplicate tickets after I had spent $650 for a 45 minute experience. Due to their lack of ensuring customer satisfaction and lack of integrity with fair trading, I do not recommend this establishment. I recommend reading all online reviews before considering going here - I wish I had, so I could have saved $650. A lot of additional hidden costs.
