Welcome to IceBar Surfers, where things stay mint and frosty at -10°C all year round! Warning!.. we've got ice-cold drinks and the chillest vibes inside!
We know it's a mission to keep everyone happy and find an activity for the whole family, but no sweat – we've got you sorted!
Our COOL bar, pun intended, is designed with everyone in mind – from grown-ups to the little ones, lovebirds to mates and family. With over 40 tonnes of ice, this winter wonderland is a MUST DO... even our chairs are carved out! We'll kit you out in gloves, Ugg boots, and a snow cape before sending you in for an arctic adventure.

Lots of fun
We had a great time in the Ice Bar - my only fault is not being able to take your own photo's. I find this bizare as have been in various icebars and all except this one allow your own photos. Please remove this sillyness and let people enjoy making memories without another additional cost.

How good is the Ice bar. Arrived @ 3pm & were 1st customers for the day. Dan served up a great cocktail & helped us take some photos

Very Poor Customer Satisfaction
I took a group of 9 people to the ice bar and purchased tickets through this site. My husband purchased 4 duplicate tickets at the front desk for our family at the same time. The issue was unable to rectified on the spot and after a lengthy dispute with management, they refused a refund for the 4 duplicate tickets after I had spent $650 for a 45 minute experience. Due to their lack of ensuring customer satisfaction and lack of integrity with fair trading, I do not recommend this establishment. I recommend reading all online reviews before considering going here - I wish I had, so I could have saved $650. A lot of additional hidden costs.

Rescheduling your time slot costs $
We needed to change our time by 1 hour and I was told it was $25 per person to change time slots. Making it nearly double the cost.
