Cruise on your very own Jet Ski as we explore the canals and rivers in surfers paradise and take in the sights and beauty of the Gold Coast from a unique perspective.

We travel through 6-knot and 40-knot zones, making this perfect even for beginners or those wanting a slower-paced tour.

  • Allow approximately 45 minutes for the whole experience

Restrictions

  • Minimum age: 7

  • Minimum age 7 years. To drive solo you must be 16 years or over. Anyone under the age of 18yrs must have parent/guardian sign waiver form. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older.

    You are unable to participate if you are pregnant.

Child Friendly

  • This experience welcomes families with children.

Notes

  • Minimum age to ride with an adult is 7 years of age, 16 years of age to ride on your own and 18 years of age to have a passenger 17 or under.

    Please note:Minimum numbers are required to operate this activity. The operator will contact you if a reschedule is required.

  • Price is for 1 jet ski for 2 people to share. If you don't have a companion you are welcome to ride the Jet Ski on your own for the same price. It is mandatory to note phone number when booking, it is important so that Gold Coast Watersports is able to make contact with you.

Lot of fun !

The circuit is not that big but still we already have lot of fun !!! 30 minutes is really set as a minimum to enjoy it !

Rude instructors

I had one of the worst experiences here, and I strongly advise anyone—especially beginners—to stay away from this place. I had never used a jet ski before and expected at least some level of guidance or patience from the instructors. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite. The instructors were shockingly rude and aggressive, barking orders and showing no interest in helping beginners feel comfortable. From the moment the session started, it felt less like a fun water activity and more like a punishment. I was clearly struggling, and instead of support, I got attitude and pressure. When I told them I wanted to stop because I didn’t feel safe or comfortable, they outright ignored me and insisted I continue and very rude tell me to continue do it. I paid a lot of money expecting a fun and memorable experience, but what I got was stress, humiliation, and zero customer care. If you're running a business that involves first-time customers, basic manners and customer service should be a priority. They need serious training in how to deal with people and manage expectations. This place might be fine for experienced riders, but if you're new or just looking to try something different, look elsewhere. It's not worth the money or the frustration
