I had never used a jet ski before and expected at least some level of guidance or patience from the instructors. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite. The instructors were shockingly rude and aggressive, barking orders and showing no interest in helping beginners feel comfortable. From the moment the session started, it felt less like a fun water activity and more like a punishment. I was clearly struggling, and instead of support, I got attitude and pressure. When I told them I wanted to stop because I didn’t feel safe or comfortable, they outright ignored me and insisted I continue and very rude tell me to continue do it. I paid a lot of money expecting a fun and memorable experience, but what I got was stress, humiliation, and zero customer care. If you're running a business that involves first-time customers, basic manners and customer service should be a priority. They need serious training in how to deal with people and manage expectations. This place might be fine for experienced riders, but if you're new or just looking to try something different, look elsewhere. It's not worth the money or the frustration
