Suggestions would be to wait until onshore, and for those that want extra assistance this should be included. A bare minimum too would be to suggest snorkeling sites - found when we got to green island we snorkeled in the wrong area and a simple announcement would have been appreciated. Lastly the buffet, food given tailored for overseas visitors and my family didn’t enjoy it.
