The pictures that the pilot print are $20 and the money goes back to the pilot but they are an optional purchase. The duration of our trips do include the snow landing in that time. Great!
C est génial! Nous étions 5 dans l hélico avec le pilote en plus. Essayez d avoir la place de devant qui est la mieux évidemment, derrière, c est un peu sardine quand même. ;) Tous les helicos se posent au même endroit sur la neige au sommet, donc pas sur le glacier lui même ni avec une vue sur le glacier. Les glaciers disparaissent extrêmement vite et nous devons tous réduire notre empreinte carbone pour les conserver! donc prenons l hélicoptère 200 fois par jour pour les regarder fondre du dessus!! Le dilemme du touriste écolo! :)

Hi Axel, Thank you for flying with us and leaving us a great review. We are thrilled you had a great experience with us. Who gets the front seat is determined on weight and balance as we are required to load our helicopters according to CAA regulations. We land on the snow catchment area of the glacier, as this is the safest place to land a helicopter with the guests to get out without specialised gear. Unfortunately the Glacier is receding, which means we cannot climb on the glacier at the terminal face as it is too treacherous. The best way to see the glacier is via a helicopter as you were able to experience with us. Kind Regards, The West Coast Team

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience of a lifetime! Can only recommend. It's worth every penny. You'll see the glacier in its absolute beauty from many angles. it's just stunning.

Un peu trop « Time is money »
C’est une affaire bien rodée. Peu être trop pour être tout à fait plaisante. La sécurité est de mise et rien n’est laissé au hasard Par contre la photo prise par le pilote et directement imprimée dans l’hélicoptère et proposée à 20$... c’est la touche de trop. Ne pas oublier que sur 20 minutes il n’y a que 10 minutes de vol. Et 10 minutes de selfies sur la neige. Mais au final, ça reste une bonne expérience quand même
