An amazing day with a lot of LOTR
One of the best tours any Lord of the Rings fan should take, period! Our tour guide, James, had an unparalleled knowledge of The Lord of the Rings, and it was incredible to see how the trilogy was filmed — right here in Wellington. 10/10 would do the tour again. Highly recommended!

Wellington is often forgotten about as a Lord of the Rings destination beyond the Weta Workshop, and we love showing off the filming locations around the region. We're all big fans, and we have several people on staff who worked on the films, so we're well set with stories and information to share that you can't find in guide books! Glad you enjoyed it

Amazing tour
This was a fantastic tour and our driver Ben was absolutely amazing with his knowledge. It was 8 hours of absolute pleasure and the buffet lunch was a welcome addition to the tour. Definitely a must do trip.
