Great way to spend a few hours.
Lovely place to spend a few hours.Staff very knowledgeable explained everything. Great price if book online.

The worst hot spring
water is so dirty. It can't be describe just dirt. After we have been there, my son got eye infection. My daughter got bad skin trouble, Atopy. I got lots of pimple on my face. Literally, it was worst.

Hi Kelly. We are sorry that you felt this way. Our pools are actually drained, cleaned, and refilled every night, so this should never be an issue.

Pleasant evening
Took the folks who are a bit aged now. Private pools were not as hot as described- 36 instead of the 38-40 but the main pools were warmer. Lovely staff at the pool - shame the main reception staff were a bit sour in the mouth. Will be back again in the future
