Very relaxing and enjoyable experience
The pools were lovely overlooking the lake and we enjoyed the variety of them. We loved the heated reclinersand the garden was beautifully kept. Changing rooms were clean and fantastic hot showers with shampoo etc and fresh clean towels to use. Definitely recommend this experience.

Polynesian Spa eluxe package
Great job. My only complaint was that I was never made aware if we could also go into areas that were for those who did not do the chosen Deluxe package. It would've been nice to take a look at other areas??

If you're looking to experience multiple areas, our Ultimate Double Dipper is a Deluxe Package that allows access to both the Deluxe Lake Spa and the Pavilion Pools. Never leave Rotorua without coming here first!
This has always been a stop for the family and I every time we are in town. Nice relaxing times, plenty of pool choices, and the people tend to behave themselves quite a bit while here which is a plus.
