Summit to Sauna: A Must-Do!
We booked the social session as we hiked to Roys Peak to watch the sunrise and thought this would be great to round out the day. So happy with our decision to have the sauna afterwards as it has helped our recovery and our bodies felt awesome. The dip in the outlet was refreshing between each session and the views just make it even more special.

The Sauna Wānaka
Beyond belief location. We took the tranquil and silent session. A must if you are wanting to relax and reset for your trip. Highly recommend 👌 going to The Sauna at any stage of your trip. The 'freezing' dip in the lake was as expected with the views of Mt Aspiring at your door step. The Sauna was extraordinary, very tidy and the host was very informative. Great waiting area is an undercover dome and a place to leave clothes while in the sauna. Showers available if you don't want to brave the cold dip. Overall the best sauna experience for a tiny cost

Nice scenery
It was a good experience ,an guided experience with some breaks every 15 min and during this time I swam into the lake.
