Drink at the Ice Bar
We had a lovely experience in the ice bar with a lovely bar tender from New Castle who explained the ice carvings, time frame, temperature. We were glad we ticked it off our list and the price was value for money! I think if you’ve done one ice bar you’ve probably done them all! I saying that we couldn’t fault the staff and the experience

First timer early afternoon experience
It was a good experience. Worth trying for sure! We had the bar to ourselves as we booked at 4pm. Drinks were great! It would have been nicer if staff offered to take photos of us too.

Tiny Bar
This is the tiny version of Ice Bars and just has a small bar counter and can hardly accommodate 10-15 people. Still good for an experience

Ice bar
We visited Minus 5 in Queenstown and found it to be a fun novelty experience, but probably a one-time thing. The space was smaller than expected, and the number of people in our session made it hard to move around without being bumped into. Once we finished our drink, we felt ready to leave. Worth a quick visit if you’re curious
