Wunderbarer Tagesausflug
Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Angefangen von der Abholung bis zum Einschiffen in Port Denarau. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt und hatten einen wunderschönen Tag auf South Sea Island mit Schnorcheln, Kajak fahren, usw. Zum Mittagsbuffet gab es Fisch, Huhn und Steaks mit diversen Salaten. Alles sehr lecker. Alkoholische und nicht alkoholische Getränke standen ebenso kostenlos zur Auswahl. Ein rundum gelungener Tag!

Disappointed
Emailed the representative to try to arrange transportation to the marina because the confirmation email said transportation needed to be confirmed via email at least 24 hours before the tour. Never heard back so I figured out transportation myself. However, I arrived to the marina just to find out the tour had been suspended. Never received an email from South Sea about the cancellation. Had to pay for a cab back to my accommodation. Also, I have been emailing them to request a refund because I can’t attend the tour any other day (nor do I think I want to anymore), but still have not heard back. Company seems very unprofessional.
