Hurt So Good, along with being relaxing.
Dr Richard really knows his stuff, I opted to not go down the relaxation route and went for a bit of a quick injury assessment then some 50 minutes specific work on my upper back which was very worthwhile. Thoroughly recommend him, particularly if you have a imbalance that he can give you tips on correcting, along with digging into the right places with the right pressure.

Wonderful massage!
Had a lovely massage at Lillian the Brazilian spa aches and pains melted away! Delicious aromas and so warm even in winter!!! Thankyou
