Money well spent
Not just fun for children, it’s totally different when you see fishes swam under, as a adult I’m fascinated by it too.

A disappointing experience
I was expecting to be able to kayak in a kayak that was actually stable (I own a double kayak myself) and didn’t expect to be limited to a very small area in which we were allowed to go. This was a very disappointing experience and I definitely would not recommend it. It was a complete waste of money.

They’re very stable, though they may feel tippy at first—extending your legs straight out can help with balance. I checked the weather for your trip, and it seems we would've offered the largest paddling area possible that day. We aim for a relaxed, exploratory paddle rather than a long-distance journey, which might have felt different from what you expected. Great fun
Loved being able to look through the boat, especially at the kelp forests. It was only a small area that we could kayak in so a lot of time to try to catch the rays etc. People were friendly and lots of walk up rentals too.

Perfect first kayak experience for the family
We had a great first-time kayaking experience thanks to the friendly, helpful staff who made us feel safe the whole time. One child loved kayaking, while the other enjoyed spotting fish, so it was a win-win for our family. Thanks for a really relaxing and enjoyable experience!
