Customer Information

• purchase of an InterCity Regional Coach Pass does not assure you a seat until you use it to make a reservation. Without using your pass to make a prior reservation a seat is not guaranteed.
• Sector reservations using your pass may be made free of charges by contacting the InterCity National Contact Centre
• are valid for twelve months from the first date of travel
• are valid only in the region(s) covered by that pass
• do not allow backtracking except for the return leg between Milford Sound and Queenstown or Paihia and Auckland on those passes
• are only available on InterCity Coachlines services and not on private operator services
• use some services operated by Newmans Coach Lines
• are not transferable and cannot be extended
• are non-refundable once travel has commenced
• InterCity agents may charge a $3.00 booking fee per sector booked using your pass (this does not apply to the initial sale of the pass)
• Cook Strait crossing and Tranz Alpine Train are extra, not included in the pass
• Passes are for coach travel only, they do not offer entrance fees to attractions
