Sharon Loh said... I paid over $400 to go to Whitehaven beach with bookme.com.nz on 1st July. We arrived on time, waited 45 mins for the boat, only to be told it was cancelled. The boat never sailed. A week later and no refund. I have called the office, left voicemail messages and emailed. GSL Marine replied to my email that refund is performed by Bookme and would get money back within 5 business days. Seriously, GSL Marine, this is YOUR boat. YOUR business. I am telling all my friends and businesses in the marine industry how terrible my experience has been and o book with another company. Today is the eighth day and still no refund. So friends, think about booking your Whitsundays boat trip with someone else if you don’t want to miss the boat (and your cash). Feel free to share.
