Jessie said... I’m quite disappointed with my experience on this day tour. The booking clearly stated that lunch was included, and I also received confirmation from Bookme confirming this. However, during the tour, no lunch was provided, and I had to pay for my own meal out of pocket. On top of that, the tour operator claimed they did not receive my booking at all, which put me and my partner in an awkward position as we were treated like extra participants rather than confirmed guests. This caused unnecessary stress at the start of the tour. What made things worse was the lack of communication. I tried contacting the tour operator beforehand via email and phone, but was unable to reach anyone, so there was no way to clarify the situation in advance. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. While the tour itself may have been okay, the booking and communication issues, along with the missing inclusions, significantly affected our experience. I hope the company improves their coordination with booking platforms and ensures accurate delivery of what is advertised.
