nancyf1 said... This is the best outdoor thermal and trail experience we've ever had in Rotorua. Fantastically beautiful and unspoilt. In addition, everything is well laid out and well maintained. The staff are also super knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. The boat trip is optional extra but shouldn't be missed as it really takes the experience to next level.
