    Discover a geothermal hot pool Paradise accessible only by water on Lake Rotoiti, Rotorua

    ryand11 said... From beginning to end the experience was absolutely lovely. Our host/driver was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and funny. On the way to the springs we stopped off at a old Maori village on the lake. We were taught about the farming and fishing practices. As well as the role the geothermal waters played in crop growing and meal cooking. Upon arrival at the springs we were given a brief history of the pools and layout of the springs. The pools themselves were just amazing! Many different pools at different temperatures. A slide and jumping post on the lake for those brave enough to get into the cold water!! Overall an excellent afternoon with a great host would recommend this trip for couples looking to relax as well as families wanting a quiet day on the lake! There are bbqs on site as well.
