Poor customer service

Liz Duncan said... We had an unexpected flight change the day of our spa due to weather event, our flight was brought forward 3 hours earlier which clashed with our hot tub pre paid. The girl on the desk was not helpful or sympathetic, said couldn’t not move dates to another time. Disappointing as all paid.
