Pretty nice experience

Clara Guitet said... I did the Cruise during my 3 days in Sydney, unfortunately we didn't see any whales. There were big waves and therefore the cruise wasn't really peaceful even though the crew was very nice and tried to make everything they can to make us feel OK. At the end they told us that since we didn't see whales we could come back another time for free but in my situation I couldn't. I asked if I could get a refund but I have been told that the only thing possible was to come back another time. I know it's nature and you never know if the whales will show up or not but even if the crew was really nice I would have hope at least part of a refund and that's what left me a bit disappointed.
