Convicts and nature

robbiekiwi said... Had a great trip with Nicholas - very informative and friendly. Came to Tasmania to learn more about my convict ancestry (so Port Arthur was amazing for that), but I also enjoyed the stop at the Unzoo (feeding the kangaroos, Tas Devil and birds). Richmond was nice but a quick stop at the end of the day when all the shops are closing makes it a bit rushed. It would be a nice place to visit on a separate tour, but for this tour, would prefer more time at the Unzoo and/or Port Arthur.
