Disappointed beyond measure

Shivon Goundar said... I was really excited to find a reservation available for Good Friday, especially since so many places were closed. I even made the effort to go out in the rain, looking forward to the experience. But when I got there, the place was shut. No sign, no update, nothing to indicate it wouldn’t be open despite the confirmed reservation. Really disappointing and quite frustrating—especially on a public holiday when options are limited. A simple update or cancellation notice would have saved a lot of trouble.
