Lost two hours on fitzroy island

Franziska Glueckschald said... The trip started very well: the ferry was punctual and we arrived on Fitzroy island as planned. At 1.38pm we received an email that informed us that the ferry needs unexpected maintenance and that we have to take an earlier ferry at 3.30pm (check in 3pm) instead of 5 pm. We were very sad to leave the island 2 hours earlier than expected without any compensation. After the trip I contacted the Front office but didn’t receive an answer so far. Very disappointing but still had a great time on Fitzroy island.
