Ouf if the comfort zone!

amandar11 said... This trip was out of my comfort zone. I don’t like jumping off cliffs or abseiling but I did it as you need to challenge yourself!! I ended to managing pretty much all the activities and loved it. The guides were supportive and seemed to really be mindful of safety. I’m a 54 year old woman and I felt ok with the level of fitness required. The abseiling was fairly easy and well taught and graded. The scenery and all the waterfalls were spectacular. If you’re scared that’s ok but do it anyhow!!
