Elouise vanRiet-Gray said... We were celebrating a friends milestone birthday, a friend flew up from Melbourne. Book me took my money many weeks earlier, sent a confirmation then when we turned up all excited on the day. IFLY had no record of our booking. We got turned away, it put a dampener on our day. Fly staff were terrible to us obviously because we didnt book direct.
