Very excited we arrived for our adventure, only to be charged exorbitant fees for rental of snow pants, jacket and gloves. Non the less we paid and off we went. No assistance from staff, not even a smile let alone a direction or quick guide on how to stand up and ski. The toilets were disgusting with urine and toilet paper on the floor and the smell was awful. Worst event we have ever experienced and we were very disappointed. If you want to visit, make sure you can ski, take your own snow gear and go to the toilet before.
