Disappointing staff in the reception

leahb13 said... The staff in the reception is not accomodating and not helpful at all. I was unable to open the qr code when we came and instead of helping or giving another options, she told us that if we cannot open the qr code,we have to contact the admin and request for a refund for the ticket. Seems like she does not want us to come.
