Great food and great ambience, thank you!

From the moment we arrived the service was wonderful.. attentive but not overbearing. We started with garlic bread, arancini and parma e meloni. All dishes were tasty, but the Parma e meloni was especially stunning and flavoursome, a pairing made in heaven. For mains I had chicken parmigiana and my wife chose fish of the day which was gurnard. We each tried both and we both agreed that we chose well, both dishes were made with love and cooked to perfection. I always choose tiramisu when dining Italian; on this occasion I was so full that I thought to not do so, but I'm not a quitter and so we shared one. My only critique would be that I like more coffee flavour, but maybe that is just me - it was fresh and delicious and rounded off a wonderful experience. Thanks so much Portofino, for a very enjoyable dining experience 🙏❤️

Great choice

We decided on Portofino because it is only a stones throw from the Bruce Mason Centre. It was a great choice as the food and service were both top notch and delivered in ample time for us to get to the show. I also loved the big screen photo roll of Italy, a great ad for the country!
