Need transport from Hamilton to Auckland Airport?

InterCity® operates multiple daily buses from Hamilton to Auckland Airport with direct express buses throughout the day. The journey from Hamilton to Auckland Airport (stopping at both domestic and international terminals) takes approximately one hour 45 minutes.

The direct airport buses are equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and offer InterCity's generous free luggage allowance of 2 items weighing up to 25kg each per person - plus carry-on. 

You can now upgrade to a premium InterCity GOLD seat on selected services between Hamilton and Auckland via Auckland Airport. Relax into a soft leather reclining chair, with individual charge ports to keep you connected while you travel.

As well as our direct services, you can also transfer from InterCity bus services at Manukau City onto the AT 380 Airporter buses to get to Auckland Airport from Hamilton.

AT 380 Airporter Bus 

We offer connections to and from Auckland Airport from towns and cities all across the North Island. To book your trip to the airport by bus, simply select either Auckland International Airport or Auckland Domestic Airport when searching. Your booking will include travel to Manukau City where you will transfer onto the bright orange "380 Airporter" bus. The transfer cost is included in your ticket price.

The 380 Airporter buses depart every 15 to 20 minutes in both directions between the Airport and Manukau City.

Please allow at least 90 minutes between the scheduled arrival time at Auckland Airport and your flight check-in time. InterCity is not responsible for missed flights through delays.
