Booking Information

You may purchase any sector or transport pass, check seat and fare availability from any one of InterCity's 400 agents nationwide, by calling the InterCity National Contact Centre between 7am and 8pm NZT or online by using the booking form on your left.

To avoid any inconvenience or delays to your planned travel we recommend that bookings are made for all travel. If you do not have a booking, regretfully we cannot guarantee you a seat!

Booking Agents

Bookings may be made through any InterCity Agent however a charge of not less than $3.00 per sector may apply. Please refer here to locate an InterCity Booking Agent nearest you.

Changes and Cancellations

After you have booked your travel and you need to make a change or cancel, please contact our Contact Centre or contact your nearest booking agency. The amendment fees and cancellation charges will be fare specific, that is they will depend on the fare purchased.
